The Willard InterContinental is celebrating Mother's Day on May 11 with two distinctive offerings in The Willard Room and in the hotel's grand ballroom.
Start off the day in the Willard's fine dining establishment, The Willard Room with a sumptuous Mother's Day Sunday Brunch buffet, priced at $95 for adults and $45 for children, ages 5 through 12. Moms can indulge on Maine Scallops, Herb crusted Shenandoah Lamb rack with natural jus , made to order farm fresh omelets and crepes and scrumptious desserts that include chocolate toffee trifle, fresh strawberry and lemon tarts, and dark chocolate truffle cake, while sipping a complimentary glass of Moet et Chandon Rose. A special gift from the luxurious I Spa at the Willard will be included – a perfect end to a perfect meal! Mother's Day brunch in the grand ballroom is a dining experience designed to delight the entire family, with the Willard's special touches! Priced at $85 for adults and $40 for children, ages 5 through 12, this feast features a welcome sparkling wine bar and creative stations such as: a Seafood Bar, a Chef Carving Station, made to order Belgian waffles, homemade tea cakes and tarts and a buffet especially for kids. Mother's will also receive a special gift from the I Spa at the Willard. Seatings are at 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. Parking included, tax excluded. Reservations are recommended.
